The 100 thousand-level dust-free air-conditioning operation system certified by PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical factory is adopted to minimize the micro-floating particles and pathogenic bacteria in the air. Combined with the high-efficiency temperature and humidity control environment, it provides the best air for the production environment.
PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical grade pure water system
Through R.O. reverse osmosis system, anion and cation exchange resin and other filtration systems to purify the water, the stored water is kept in a sterile closed cycle at 85 °C to ensure that the water in the plant meets the double safety standards of sterility and purity.
Computer monitoring drying system
Using a special ventilated drying oven, it can dry the temperature-sensitive raw materials, and monitor the temperature of the drying oven and the drying conditions of the raw materials online, so as to completely retain the active and effective content of the raw materials, and improve the product quality and safety.
